A fejlesztőcsapattól kértem segítséget ezzel a koncepcióval kapcsolatban, és a következők készültek el:

A Netházban minden évben van egy nyitóegyenleg, amelyet az év végén vagy akkor hoznak létre, amikor a könyvelés elkezdődik az ingatlanra vonatkozóan.

A WHM-ben csak akkor van nyitóegyenleg, amikor az ingatlan kezelését elkezdik.

A nyitóegyenlegnek mindig tartalmaznia kell egy dátumot, amely jelzi, hogy mikor érvényes (pl. amikor a könyvelés elkezdődik: 2020. május 1., vagy később az év kezdete: 2021. január 1., 2022. január 1. stb.).

Kétféle nyitóegyenleg létezik:

Főkönyvi nyitóegyenleg: Ez tartalmazza különböző számlák nyitóegyenlegeit, például:

• Készpénz: 25,000 Ft

• Működési számla: 48,000 Ft

(Ez a WHM-ben is jelen van.)

Tulajdonosi nyitóegyenleg: Ez egy vagy több tételből állhat, például:

• Közös költség nyitóegyenleg: 13,500 Ft

• Fűtés nyitóegyenleg: -2,350 Ft

• Vízdíj nyitóegyenleg: 3,200 Ft

Jelenleg a WHM-ben csak egy tulajdonosi nyitóegyenleg létezik. Andris most dolgozik azon, hogy több tulajdonosi nyitóbejegyzés is elérhető legyen.

A Netházban ezeket a nyitóegyenlegeket az év végi zárási folyamat során generálják.

In Netház, there is always an opening balance each year, which is created at the end of the year or at the point when bookkeeping for the property begins.

In WHM, there is only an opening balance from the moment the property starts being managed.

The opening balance should always include a date to indicate when it applies (e.g., when bookkeeping starts: May 1, 2020, or later the beginning of the year: Jan 1, 2021, Jan 1, 2022, etc.).

There are two types of opening balances:

1. Ledger Opening Balance: This includes the opening balances of various accounts, such as:

• Cash: 25,000

• Operational Account: 48,000

2. Owner’s Opening Balance: This can consist of one or multiple items, such as:
